Parents want a peaceful family life. And yet they often lose themselves in constant orders, scolding and reproaches. The child simply doesn't do what it's supposed to. Fortunately, there is a more effective way to guide children through life: It's called non-violent communication (NVC) according to Marshall Rosenberg. With this kind of mindful communication, parents create a climate of cooperation in their family - regardless of whether they are single parents with one child or live in a large family.
Non-violent communication also strengthens the quality of the relationship with the child and promotes their independence. The parents' evening provides initial insights and impulses on this path.
This online lecture consists of a colorful mixture of information, exchange, exercises and discussion.
