In the organizer's words:
Most of us have wondered at some point why we just can’t get a certain song out of our heads. Or why a song inevitably reminds us of that one summer in our youth. Or why that one friend is just so incredibly tone-deaf. This evening will focus on the study of language, music, and the brain. Dr. Jasmin Pfeifer and other experts from Heinrich Heine University will briefly present and discuss current and diverse research topics in this field. In addition, students will present their research findings on the topic via posters.
