Between July 29 and August 28, the beer garden and bar at our cultural center will, as always, serve as a stage for diverse and exciting live music every Wednesday and Friday evening. Look forward to artists from a wide variety of genres! Free admission is available.

Jenny Thiele—already known from Fortuna Ehrenfeld and AnnaOtta—brings electronic, sometimes ethereal beats. Sometimes driving, sometimes a bit calmer—every track invites you to dance. The musician with the razor-sharp bangs wants to tell her stories on her new album, which is in German this time. Friendly, vague pop English? That would come at the expense of precision. Profound encounters require equally profound communication. As a result, the songs sound far more intimate than the typical, crowd-pleasing local radio pop. An album with a panoramic feel that takes pleasure in exploring the different facets of Jenny’s songwriting.

LUAYA is a FLINTA* newcomer who feels at home in melancholic German pop. She addresses topics such as depression, heartbreak, panic attacks, and mental health, offering courage and a voice to those affected. She is 23 years old and comes from the small town of Soest. Luaya has gained a wealth of live performance experience and has shared the stage with artists such as Sarah Connor and Julia Kautz. She has released eight songs to date and is currently working on new material.
