As befits a "village in the city" - as Borgfeld is often called - there is a strong connection with nature. And of course, this also counts on the plate. So it's a good thing that the Borgfeld weekly market is the perfect source of fresh, natural and regionally produced goods.
On Wednesday and Saturday, the market stalls come together on Platz zur Linde in the center of Borgfeld with a seasonally changing range of products - including organic fruit and vegetables, meat and cheese, baked goods and the odd game and poultry specialty.
