Monan von Jülich was born in Bonn and is currently studying piano with Prof. Hinrich Alpers at the Carl Maria von Weber Academy of Music in Dresden. Performances and recitals have taken him to Paris last year, including to the Hôtel de Beauharnais at the invitation of the German ambassador. He is also a member of the "Belvedere Chamber Ensemble", which is dedicated to music by Sorbian composers and with which he tours annually.
