Orgelmatinee mit Frank Lehmann
In the organizer's words:
With nearly 4,000 pipes, a unique romantic sound, and pneumatic technology, the Jehmlich organ—which is over 100 years old—is a standout feature of Leipzig’s organ scene. We’ll bring it to life in a short lunchtime concert featuring a journey through the centuries—you’ll hear works from a wide range of eras, primarily by composers from Leipzig and France. The performers will be organists from the College of Church Music and the parishes in our church district.
Thirty minutes before and after the event, there will be an opportunity to tour the church and view the organ.
