Open Studio – Ecological Futures II

What does it mean to reflect on our ecological future in a place like Spreepark? Between its past as an amusement park, its current transformation, and open questions about the future, a space emerges for artistic research, exchange, and new perspectives.

As part of the international residency programEcological Futures, we cordially invite you to our Open Studio. OnJuly 5,the artistswill opentheir studios in the Eierhäuschen and offer insights into their ongoing projects.

The residency is a collaboration with ARCH+ and the Goethe-Institut and brings together international artists and researchers who engage with topics such as the environment, the city, resources, community, and sustainable ways of life. Their work ranges from artistic research and spatial practices to social and ecological issues.

In an open and informal atmosphere, the Open Studio offers the opportunity to get to know the artists and their diverse approaches, ask questions, and engage in direct conversation with the residents. At the same time, a visit invites you to discover the Eierhäuschen as a special place within Spreepark and to gain insight into current developments on site.
