Movie Synopsis:

“Sing? I can’t do that!”: Renata Scotto, the legendary soprano, has had enough. She’s enjoying her comfortable life in Savona, and it’s enough for her that her fans remember her past successes. At the very top today is Angel Joy Blue, who jets around the world and whose private life takes place entirely on her smartphone. And then there’s Valerie Eickhoff, who has to eke out a hard existence as an understudy. She gives it her all to finally take center stage. Three women—three careers—three glimpses into the beauty and the dark side of an art form we otherwise know only through its glittering facade.
