Discover the flavors of East Africa and prepare popular street food specialties together. On the menu are crispy sambusa, katelis dough balls, the famous Rolex chapati egg roll, and spicy mishkaki skewers with fresh kachumbari. A fruity mango-passion fruit dessert rounds out the evening. In addition to practical cooking techniques, you’ll learn interesting facts about spices, ingredients, and the culinary culture of East Africa.
Please bring: beverages, an apron, dish towels, and containers for any leftovers.
